Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B sales for industrial machinery and dewatering pumps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the mining, construction, and industrial sectors.
  • Provide technical consultations to customers, offering solutions based on their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads, inquiries, and after-sales support.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery, mining & mineral processing, and dewatering pumps.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales, product specifications, and applications.
  • Proven ability to handle B2B sales, negotiations, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
